In 2011-2012, we partnered with PPF Group, a leading international investment company, to enhance their IT operations and support infrastructure. With a project scope of €1.5M, our team led the implementation of key IT operation processes and support tools, including IT monitoring systems, a global service desk, and an enterprise-wide intranet.
In 2016, we successfully led the migration of ČMSS (Českomoravská stavební spořitelna) from SharePoint 2010 to Office 365, ensuring a modern, secure, and scalable collaboration environment. With a project budget of €0.3M, our team was responsible for solution architecture, project management, and business development, focusing on maximizing the value of Office 365 adoption.
Beyond technical migration, we introduced and integrated key Office 365 services such as Delve for content discovery and Information Rights Management (IRM) for data security, enhancing the organization’s document management, collaboration, and compliance capabilities. Additionally, we conducted user education programs to ensure a smooth transition and high adoption rates, empowering employees to leverage the full potential of the new platform.
From 2009 to 2012, we played a key role in the development and implementation of the Data Box system, a secure digital messaging platform that serves as a crucial part of the Czech Republic’s e-government infrastructure. With a project scope of €35M, the solution enables over 600,000 users to send and receive official electronic documents securely, streamlining communication between citizens, businesses, and public authorities.
Our responsibilities included project setup, overall project management, system architecture, software development, and marketing strategy. By successfully launching this platform, we helped modernize government services, ensuring secure, efficient, and paperless communication across the public sector.
From 2013 to 2015, we led the implementation of SharePoint 2010 and Project Server for AVG, a global cybersecurity company, with a strong focus on process automation and compliance. With a project budget of €0.5M, our team was responsible for architecture, project management, quality assurance, and process optimization.
Between 2008 and 2013, we played a key role in the design, implementation, and operation of the Czech motorway toll system for Kapsch, a global leader in intelligent transportation solutions. With a project scope of €20M, our team managed end-to-end system development, including toll collection infrastructure, backend operations, and customer support services.
In 2015, we supported Altron, a leading technology company, in the implementation of SharePoint 2013 to enhance project management, collaboration, and reporting. With a project scope of CZK 2M, our team focused on architecture design, taxonomy development, and project portfolio management.
Between 2013 and 2015, we partnered with Novartis, a global pharmaceutical leader, to implement and optimize Quality Management and HR processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. With a project budget of €0.5M, our team was responsible for project management, quality management, service management, and process standardization.

Our structured approach helped the company align its business processes with industry best practices, ensuring greater efficiency, transparency, and adherence to pharma-sector regulations.
In 2011-2012, we supported ČEZ Group, one of the largest integrated energy companies in Central and Southeastern Europe, in preparing an IT outsourcing strategy for their data center operations. With a project scope of €15M, our team led the project setup, financial management, project management, and IT architecture design.
