In 2016, we successfully led the migration of ČMSS (Českomoravská stavební spořitelna) from SharePoint 2010 to Office 365, ensuring a modern, secure, and scalable collaboration environment. With a project budget of €0.3M, our team was responsible for solution architecture, project management, and business development, focusing on maximizing the value of Office 365 adoption.

Beyond technical migration, we introduced and integrated key Office 365 services such as Delve for content discovery and Information Rights Management (IRM) for data security, enhancing the organization’s document management, collaboration, and compliance capabilities. Additionally, we conducted user education programs to ensure a smooth transition and high adoption rates, empowering employees to leverage the full potential of the new platform.

From 2009 to 2012, we played a key role in the development and implementation of the Data Box system, a secure digital messaging platform that serves as a crucial part of the Czech Republic’s e-government infrastructure. With a project scope of €35M, the solution enables over 600,000 users to send and receive official electronic documents securely, streamlining communication between citizens, businesses, and public authorities.

Our responsibilities included project setup, overall project management, system architecture, software development, and marketing strategy. By successfully launching this platform, we helped modernize government services, ensuring secure, efficient, and paperless communication across the public sector.
